The Challenge
Cyberimpact is Canada’s leading email marketing platform designed to make email marketing accessible to businesses of all sizes. Built with compliance in mind, it helps users adhere to Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL) while offering an intuitive tool for creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns. Despite over 12 years of success, nearly 85-90% of its clientele is concentrated in Quebec, and only a few clients in provinces like Ontario and BC. Cyberimpact has turned to public relations to solidify its presence in the competitive email marketing landscape, expand its reach, and enhance brand awareness and visibility beyond Quebec to Canadian businesses and marketing agencies.
The Solution
With this goal in mind, we focused on an earned media strategy, pitching unique listicles, articles, op-eds, and timely announcements to Canadian media. In doing so, we’ve created a foundation of authority for Cyberimpact and its General Manager, Geoffrey Blanc, who is earning mentions in business and marketing-related publications.
