It’s been just over four months since we’ve moved to our jelly-licious new office in Fort Langley. We’re situated in the historic heart of the Fraser Valley and surrounded by antique shops, craft breweries and coffee roasters.
We asked the team at Jelly what they’ve thought of the move so far.

What’s your favourite part about the new office?
Even though we regularly battle (*read: “friendly argument”) over it, I LOVE the AC in our new office.
I also really love that we are in such a beautiful area. Walks after lunch, walking meetings, or just a quick breather make all the difference. It’s the perfect way to get a second wind in the afternoon!
Where’s your favourite spot to grab a bite?
Trading Post! The eatery has so many delicious menu options but my favourite continues to be the Fried Chicken Sandwich! It’s so delicious! I also really enjoy the Trading Post Burger. And the Duck Tacos. Oh, I also really like the Chicken Wings. And the Short Rib Poutine. I also really like the Chocolate Cake. Ok, you get the idea… it’s all so good!
What’s your favourite memory from the new space so far?
Our first day. It was so exciting to move into a space that we could make our own. I remember learning about all the great coffee in Fort Langley, the delicious eats, and the friendly neighbours and I was so excited to call it home.

What’s your favourite part about the new office?
The windows! There’s so much light which I love. Also, the ability to sit outside on a warm day and still have a wifi signal.
Where’s your favourite spot to grab a bite?
Oh so many places to choose from! Here goes:
– Lee’s for a quick sandwich or soup or Chai latte or all those sweets they have that I can’t have.
– Trading Post because, come on, Jelly loves our clients
– Maria’s for gelato
– Beetniks on the patio
– Blacksmith and Republica for coffee
I can’t choose just one – I’m a foodie at heart!
What’s your favourite memory from the new space so far?
There’s a few but I think the on going memory is going to be the constant battle of a/c VS no a/c and heat. The guys like it cold, the women like it a bit warmer and we settled on snuggies.

What’s your favourite part about the new office?
I love how the office windows let in so much sunshine in the afternoon! The natural brightness is the perfect energy lift for long work days.
Where’s your favourite spot to grab a bite?
Wendell’s is usually my Fort Langley go-to. Their drinks are so refreshing and their desserts are undeniably tempting!
What’s your favourite memory from the new space so far?
When we went out for lunch as a team at the Fort Pub on my first day at the office. I already felt so welcome and a part of the Jelly family right from day 1!

What’s your favourite part about the new office?
Having a big window right in front of my desk, and the two, sweet little cats that stroll by throughout the day!
Where’s your favourite spot to grab a bite?
Season’s Juice Bar! It is the best when I need a little pick me up for my brain, and they sell K’pure Naturals body care products! The best locally made, all natural skincare products!
What’s your favourite memory from the new space so far?
Our wifi went out, and instead of twiddling our thumbs, we went out front and played a fun game of crochet on the grass! Amaan is currently the reigning champ.

What’s your favourite memory from the new space so far?
Materialistically, actually having a desk in an office. I usually work in a coffee shop, so having a spot that kind of feels like my own is really nice. I also like that the chairs roll, so I don’t have to stand up and can just roll from one spot to another. Since I’m only in the office one day a week, I’m sure those “special moments” will trickle in slowly over time, but as of right now, the overall sense of inclusiveness is something I really appreciate. The new space has a really great vibe to it and I find that I’m able to focus and be productive whenever I’m there.
Where’s your favourite spot to grab a bite?
In Fort Langley? Probably Wendel’s Bookstore and Cafe. However, I think everyone at Jelly will slowly realize that unless food comes to me, I tend not to leave my desk to go get it. It’s a bad habit. I should eat more.
What’s your favourite memory of Jelly so far?
A combination of Amaan teaching me the tedious process of making coffee, lots of laughs during Staff Jam, feeling like I was really able to help out a client during my consultancy presentation, the look on Darian’s face when he realized he forgot the teddy for Teddy Toss. Just small things that show me I’m in the right place.
