Since its inception in June 2013, Four Winds has become a staple in the British Columbia craft brewery scene. Headed by the Mills family,the brewery situated just off the banks of the Fraser River was named Canadian Brewing Awards Brewery of the Year in 2015, and won Beer of the Year in 2016.
In this conversation focused on small business marketing (and beer), Mills talks about the importance ‘story’ in marketing today, the impact of influencers and experts of product and brand popularity, marketing in an evolving social media landscape, and finding time for marketing as a startup.
